We have seen our position on google improve dramatically after using the google plaque for the past month now. And I would say as an estimate we are getting about 50% more customers to our cafe than before, we have been asking most customers how they found us and nearly all are saying from google. They work!

Overall happy with the product, has definitely made it easier for customer to leave a review quickly without awkward conversations and trying to help them find the correct review page. Shipping could have been a little quicker took about 5 days all up but still acceptable. The setup was easy with the software they included only takes a few minutes and was straight forward, and we are also using some of the other features included with the app that are really quite useful. We bought a cheaper plate before and had nothing but issues with it so I think its worth the extra money using this one + the included app.

Me and my partner own a gym franchise in Brisbane, and bought a few of these stands to setup in differnt spots around the gym. We simply just ask members if they could leave us a review and these have made it very easy for them. I would say since having them 90% of every memeber we have has left us a new 5 star review which has actually been unreal! And i can see now that our position on the google map pack for our area we have gone from position 8 to position 2, new memeber sign up rate has increased and we have also been asking them how they found us and they all said from our google reviews!
