Great to carry around and when completing a service so easy for the customer to tap and leave a review.
We have now purchased multiple plaques and cards for our plumbing company and and each one of our technicians carries one to our jobs.
Have seen a huge increase in our Google reviews which I can definitely say has made an impact in our ranking on google and trust by our customers as many mention they chose us because of our reviews.

I think they are a brilliant idea. They are so easy to use but at present customers seem reluctant to use them, I've only had a couple of tapreviews, yet customers are leaving written reviews on my Facebook page. Its a bit of a scratch the head moment LoL.
I purchased 5 tap plates for my coffee lounge and 10 tap cards for my Bed & Breakfast rooms and Breakfast lounge.
We came across these online about a month ago and decided to put one in our business, we have it setup at our payment area and almost every customer now has been just tapping their phones before leaving. Our reviews have doubled very quickly which is good so it works as they say. Shipping was quick and plaque arrived ready to use.
