Overview

ReviewBoost Pty Ltd ("ReviewBoost", "we", "us") operates www.reviewboostcard.com and ships to customers worldwide. This policy is governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as our primary framework. Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have additional statutory rights under their local legislation, which are described below. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you hold under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.


Australian Customers — Your Statutory Rights

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply regardless of the conditions set out elsewhere in this policy and cannot be waived or excluded.


United Kingdom Customers — Your Statutory Rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, without providing a justification. Following cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. No restocking fee applies to cancellations made within this 14-day window. Return shipping costs for cancellations are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever is earlier.


European Union Customers — Your Statutory Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason. Following withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the item. No restocking fee applies to withdrawals made within this 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever is earlier.


All Other International Customers

For customers outside Australia, the UK, and the EU, our 30-day change of mind return policy applies as described below. Your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.


30-Day Change of Mind Returns — All Customers

In addition to your statutory rights, ReviewBoost offers a 30-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

A 10% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns from customers outside the UK and EU 14-day statutory window. This fee does not apply to returns made under statutory rights.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer in all markets. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing parts are not eligible for change of mind returns.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products are covered by ReviewBoost. This applies to all customers regardless of location.


Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com. Orders are considered lost after 21 days from the dispatch date. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This applies to all customers worldwide.


Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. ReviewBoost does not collect or pre-pay these charges. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


How to Initiate a Return

Email info@reviewboostcard.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. ReviewBoost is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com.


Gift Purchases

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only, provided they meet the eligibility conditions above and proof of purchase is supplied. Statutory rights are not affected by this condition.


Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged subject to stock availability. If you require an exchange for any other reason, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues directly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, Australian customers may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or their relevant state consumer affairs body. UK customers may contact Citizens Advice or the relevant trading standards authority. EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

ReviewBoost reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your statutory rights are not affected by any changes to this policy.
