Overall happy with the product, has definitely made it easier for customer to leave a review quickly without awkward conversations and trying to help them find the correct review page. Shipping could have been a little quicker took about 5 days all up but still acceptable. The setup was easy with the software they included only takes a few minutes and was straight forward, and we are also using some of the other features included with the app that are really quite useful. We bought a cheaper plate before and had nothing but issues with it so I think its worth the extra money using this one + the included app.

Me and my partner own a gym franchise in Brisbane, and bought a few of these stands to setup in differnt spots around the gym. We simply just ask members if they could leave us a review and these have made it very easy for them.
