How is my business connected to the card, plaque or stand?
When your product arrives, go to review-boost.ai/register, create your free account, enter the 5-digit activation code printed under the QR code and pick your business. Takes about two minutes. From then on, every tap or scan opens your Google review page.
Do I need a Google My Business local listing?
Yes. Google reviews live on your Google Business Profile, so you need one. If you do not have one yet, tell our team and we will help you set it up.
Do my customers need a Google account to write a review?
Yes, Google requires a Google account to post a review. Most people already have one through Gmail, YouTube or Google Maps, and the phone signs them in automatically.
Is there a limit on how many reviews I can collect?
No. One card, plaque or stand works for as many customers as you like, for as long as you like. One-time payment, no monthly fee for the hardware.
Does it work with every phone?
Yes. iPhone and Android phones tap with NFC, and any phone with a camera can scan the QR code. If a phone will not tap, the QR code is the backup.
How does the tap work?
NFC, the same contactless technology you pay with. Our chip only passes your review link to the phone. No payment, no app, no data taken from your customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Overall happy with the product, has definitely made it easier for customer to leave a review quickly without awkward conversations and trying to help them find the correct review page. Shipping could have been a little quicker took about 5 days all up but still acceptable. The setup was easy with the software they included only takes a few minutes and was straight forward, and we are also using some of the other features included with the app that are really quite useful. We bought a cheaper plate before and had nothing but issues with it so I think its worth the extra money using this one + the included app.

Me and my partner own a gym franchise in Brisbane, and bought a few of these stands to setup in differnt spots around the gym. We simply just ask members if they could leave us a review and these have made it very easy for them. I would say since having them 90% of every memeber we have has left us a new 5 star review which has actually been unreal! And i can see now that our position on the google map pack for our area we have gone from position 8 to position 2, new memeber sign up rate has increased and we have also been asking them how they found us and they all said from our google reviews!
