Overview

ReviewBoost Pty Ltd ships physical products worldwide from our fulfilment centres. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order. By placing an order on www.reviewboostcard.com you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your inbox, promotions tab, and spam folder if you do not receive these emails.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 99 countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com and we will do our best to assist.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. ReviewBoost is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Australia Post
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • YunExpress

The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.


5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com.


6. Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all standard orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping upgrades or express options will be clearly displayed and charged at checkout.


7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

ReviewBoost has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ReviewBoost is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@reviewboostcard.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.


9. Lost or Missing Orders

An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 21 days of the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost orders at no cost to you.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.


10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@reviewboostcard.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim.


11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be amended or cancelled only before they have been dispatched. As orders typically enter processing within a few hours of being placed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reviewboostcard.com if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled or amended and must go through our standard returns process.
